Booking Terms of Service

  • Your 24-hour build won’t begin until all required assets (logo, copy, images, etc.) are submitted in full.

  • Assets must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled build date. If not, you’ll need to reschedule and a $100 rebooking fee may apply.

  • The 24-hour countdown begins at your confirmed start time, not the time you booked.

  • One round of revisions is included and must be submitted within 7 calendar days of site delivery. Additional edits will be billed separately.

  • This is a one-day design sprint—not a long-term agency engagement. Any platform add-ons, upgrades, or extra services outside the original scope will be quoted and billed separately.

  • If you fail to show up, prepare properly, or abandon the process for more than 10 days, your booking is considered forfeited.

  • Your booking fee is non-refundable once your confirmation email is sent. There are no refunds once your build begins.

  • While we’ll build your site strategically and professionally, outcomes like traffic, engagement, and revenue depend on many external factors and can’t be guaranteed.

Your website will be built on the Squarespace platform. The $2,000 booking fee covers your custom design and build but does not include the cost of your Squarespace subscription, domain name, or any third-party tools.

You are responsible for setting up and paying for:

Platform & Ongoing Costs

  • Monthly or annual billing options available

  • via Squarespace or another provider

  • e.g. email marketing platforms, booking tools, payment processors, etc.

We’ll provide basic guidance for connecting your domain and setting up hosting, but all platform costs and ongoing account management are up to you.
